COOPER AVENUE RESTAURANT

This project represents the complete interior build-out of Cooper Avenue Restaurant, where ICON Design Build delivered a fully integrated design and construction solution. From initial planning through final execution, the space was developed to support both operational performance and a refined dining experience.

The scope included custom steelwork and woodwork, bespoke furniture fabrication, and a carefully curated lighting plan designed to set the mood and enhance the architectural details. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were thoughtfully coordinated and executed to ensure seamless functionality behind the scenes.

Every element was designed and built to work in harmony—balancing durability, atmosphere, and craftsmanship. The result is a cohesive restaurant environment that feels intentional, elevated, and purpose-built, showcasing ICON Design Build’s expertise in delivering complex hospitality projects from concept to completion.
